Research Data Management Repository for Printed Markets—Basel Avisblatt 1729-1845
"Printed Markets" is a research project on new forms of marketplace, which emerged in Europe during the seventeenth century: the printed advertising market of the so-called "Intelligenzblätter". Using the Basel Avisblatt "Printed Markets" has built a structured high-resolution digital page resource, and employed the latest recognition techniques to identify and extract individual advertisements, commodity listings etc throughout this extensive serial source, and open up intricate socioeconomic transformations to examination for the first time. This InvenioRDM corpus repository provides research data management for "Printed Markets" - promoting effective reuse and enabling production of an OCFL archive for long-term analysis preservation.
